REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Aficionado Seeds, we are committed to providing high-quality hemp seeds to our valued customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return and refund policy:

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds
- Before Shipment: If your seeds have not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund.
- After Shipment: If you wish to return your seeds, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of shipment to qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
- If you miss the 14-day window for a refund, you can still return your seeds within 90 days of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange them for another strain of equal value.

Reason for the Return/Refund Window: Hemp seeds must be stored properly to maintain their viability. Exposure to excessive heat can adversely affect their quality. Therefore, we can only accept returns and exchanges within a 90-day maximum window to ensure the seeds remain in optimal condition.

Seed Quality Guarantee

At Aficionado Seeds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your seeds or plants do not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below to claim our Seed Quality Guarantee:

Provide proof of purchase.
Submit pictures of the seeds or plants that do not meet your expectations.

Based on a case-by-case assessment, we will compensate you with a free box of seeds of your choice, contingent on available inventory. To redeem this guarantee, you must have purchased the seeds directly from us or provide proof of purchase and documentation from one of our seed bank partners.
